With majority of voters against you in a state election, can you divide the state and draw district boundaries in a way so that you win the election? What is the minimum number of voters you need to surely win? Where do they live? Does their distribution matter?
In this fun-filled interactive session, we ask many questions and explore the math behind the secrets and the art of GerryMandering.
